I didn’t start out in psychology. I came from the world of publishing—curating, editing, and designing content that aimed to inform and inspire. And when I turned my focus toward families and children, I believed the right content could truly help. My early goal was to create meaningful, evidence-based resources for children’s emotional development—stories that could help them name and understand the complexities of their emotions.

But the more I explored what was already out there, the more I noticed something troubling: a flood of parenting content that offered quick tips and surface-level fixes, but rarely touched the heart of what families were actually experiencing. There was so much information—yet so little that felt grounded, developmentally informed, or supportive of real mental health needs.

That’s when things changed.

I began studying child and adolescent psychology, not to leave behind my experience in media, but to strengthen it. I wanted to offer psychology-based parenting tools that weren’t just filling digital space, but were actually helping people feel more connected, supported, and emotionally grounded.

Today, my work lives at the intersection of psychology, storytelling, and emotional well-being. I create mental health content for parents and children that supports emotional growth, strengthens relationships, and brings clarity to everyday challenges. Whether it’s a coaching session, an online parenting program, or a storybook for young children, everything I design is rooted in emotionally intelligent strategies and real-world needs.

I strongly believe that families don’t need more noise. They need psychologist-created resources they can trust in the shape of tools that support children’s mental health and offer emotional clarity for caregivers.

That’s the kind of work I choose to do now. And that’s what brought me here.

We don’t always plan the path we end up on. Some transitions are intentional. Others ask more of us—quietly, then all at once.

Who do you support?

I support individuals navigating emotionally complex transitions—whether you're becoming a parent, adjusting to co-parenting, facing relationship shifts, or simply seeking greater emotional clarity. While I often work with parents and caregivers, my services are not limited to families. Sessions are available for individuals, couples, and co-parents of all identities and backgrounds. You can attend on your own or together; change doesn’t require both people in the room.
