Growth often begins in quiet moments, when someone asks a better question, sees a familiar pattern differently, or chooses to respond with intention instead of reflex.

About

Change has always fascinated me. It can be disorienting, especially when it reshapes how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we move through the world. I’ve spent my life helping people make sense of these shifts, not by offering quick fixes, but by creating space for reflection, emotional clarity, and meaningful progress.

My approach

Psychological insight is essential, but it’s not enough on its own. Trust, safety, and the quality of the relationship shape how change unfolds. I work with people seeking grounded support, whether that’s navigating parenting, building emotional resilience, or applying research-based strategies to everyday challenges. The approach combines structured methods with genuine connection, so growth feels both supported and sustainable.

What distinguishes my practice is the integration of psychology with narrative structure. My background in publishing and storytelling allows me to shape emotionally complex experiences into tools that are both reflective and usable. Whether through one-on-one sessions, group coaching, or digital programs, the aim is consistent: to make emotional insight actionable and sustainable.

I draw from a range of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-informed practices, and others. These frameworks aren’t rigid protocols, they’re adaptable tools that help clarify values, interrupt unhelpful cycles, and support more intentional ways of relating and responding.

Connection lays the groundwork for change. Strategies only gain traction when there’s psychological safety, when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.

You’re in motion, reshaping how you relate to yourself and the world around you. There’s no urgency to resolve everything at once, and no expectation to carry it alone. Growth happens in parallel with discomfort, not after it disappears. It begins with self-awareness, builds through reflection, and strengthens with each intentional step forward.

Who do you support?

I support individuals navigating emotionally complex transitions—whether you're becoming a parent, adjusting to co-parenting, facing relationship shifts, or simply seeking greater emotional clarity. While I often work with parents and caregivers, my services are not limited to families. Sessions are available for individuals, couples, and co-parents of all identities and backgrounds. You can attend on your own or together; change doesn’t require both people in the room.
