Individual Coaching

Individual Coaching

These one-on-one coaching sessions support individuals navigating personal change, emotional overwhelm, or moments of uncertainty. Whether you’re adjusting to a new role, moving through a life transition, or rethinking how you relate to yourself and others, this space is designed to help you pause, reflect, and realign.

This isn’t therapy. It’s structured, insight-driven support for those facing shifts that don’t always come with clear language or timelines. Together, we explore what’s changing beneath the surface, clarify what matters most, and build emotional steadiness through practical strategies and intentional reflection.

(coming soon)

A scientifically grounded, psychologically informed course that supports expectant and new parents as they navigate the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with early parenthood. This flexible online program offers reflection, structure, and practical tools, all grounded in evidence-based parenting psychology.

Beyond qualifications, my work is grounded in something deeply human: the belief that healing and confusion can coexist, and that emotional clarity is possible, even in the midst of change. This belief, together with a strong desire to support new parents, is at the heart of the program, shaping its focus on guidance, resilience, and care during one of life’s most profound transitions.

LudiQ Minds is a child development initiative I lead alongside a multidisciplinary team of educators and creatives. Together, we design evidence-based, developmentally attuned multimedia content (songs, stories, books, and hands-on activities) for children aged 2 to 8 and the adults who support them. Each piece is crafted to nurture emotional growth, spark curiosity, and build resilience in ways that are gentle, inclusive, and free from overstimulation.

Rooted in psychology and storytelling, LudiQ Minds equips families, educators, and therapists with practical tools to transform everyday moments into meaningful opportunities for connection and learning. At its core, the project reflects my belief that children deserve content that is both joyful and emotionally safe, content that teaches and helps them feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Who do you support?

I support individuals navigating emotionally complex transitions—whether you're becoming a parent, adjusting to co-parenting, facing relationship shifts, or simply seeking greater emotional clarity. While I often work with parents and caregivers, my services are not limited to families. Sessions are available for individuals, couples, and co-parents of all identities and backgrounds. You can attend on your own or together; change doesn’t require both people in the room.
