The number of sessions you will need depends on your needs. Some feel more grounded after just a few sessions, while others choose ongoing support through transitions such as early parenthood or separation. We’ll start where you are and move at your pace.

You’ll receive an email with all the details, including an invoice.
To hold your spot, please make payment at least 48 hours before the session.
Once payment is received, your session will be confirmed.
