We don’t always plan the path we end up on. Some transitions are intentional. Others ask more of us—quietly, then all at once.

For years, I told stories professionally. As an editor and publisher in photography and technology media, I helped people see the world through a different lens—sometimes literally. I wrote, curated, and shaped content that made the ordinary feel meaningful, guiding others in capturing not just what was seen, but what was felt.

I loved the work. The creativity. The way a single sentence or photograph could open up a new way of seeing. But over time, I found myself drawn not just to the story on the page, but to the emotions behind it.

What began as curiosity—about storytelling, about human connection—slowly grew into something deeper. I became less interested in how people framed a moment, and more interested in how they made sense of it. Not just in images, but in themselves.

 A Personal Healing Journey

A difficult transition in my own life made that question personal. I began a healing journey that led me away from publishing and toward psychology. I lived abroad, explored mindfulness and identity, and eventually moved to the Netherlands to study psychology, bringing with me everything I had learned about communication, creativity, and what it means to truly pay attention to someone’s story.

Why I Support Parents Through Emotional Transitions

Today, I work with parents navigating emotional transitions, such as becoming a parent, going through separation, or learning to co-parent. My practice is grounded in evidence-based psychological tools, but it’s also informed by a deep understanding of how change feels.

I believe that supporting parents through life transitions isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about helping people reconnect with themselves, understand their emotions, and find meaning in change.

My Career Timeline

Why I Support People in Transition

I know what transition looks like—and how it feels. The confusion, the fear, the pull between who you were and who you’re becoming. I’ve lived those in-between spaces, both personally and professionally. That’s why my work isn’t just informed by research—it’s shaped by lived experience.

Change isn’t something we just survive. It’s something that can transform us. With the right support, it becomes a space for clarity, growth, and strength. If you’re standing at a threshold of your own, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to walk it without guidance.

Are you in a moment of transition?

Whether you’re preparing for parenthood, navigating separation, or simply seeking clarity—I’d love to support you.

Who do you support?

I support individuals navigating emotionally complex transitions—whether you're becoming a parent, adjusting to co-parenting, facing relationship shifts, or simply seeking greater emotional clarity. While I often work with parents and caregivers, my services are not limited to families. Sessions are available for individuals, couples, and co-parents of all identities and backgrounds. You can attend on your own or together; change doesn’t require both people in the room.
